I checked in New Year's Eve for the first time at this prop first I thought it was unsafe due to the amount of guest coming in and out but when I was greeted with warm smiles from Manager Ryan Shina and Ogein Moshi I knew I was ok. The lobby was nice and their front desk staff was so helpful. I needed extra towels and Chris (FD) went out his way to deliver those towels with smiles and asked if we needed anything else. Despite the ratings I would stay there again when I'm in Michigan. Thanks Ryan&Ogein
